Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customised products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a new purchase for the item you want.
14-day cooling-off period within the European Union
Despite the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving reasons. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically transferred back to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and book the refund.
